No. You do not need a real estate license or prior selling experience to sell property that you own when you use Seller Direct ® . We list your property through our licensed brokerage, and our process, tools, guides, and support are designed to help homeowners confidently manage a more hands-on sale.

Can I list my property on MLS® System and REALTOR.ca without paying commission to a real estate agent?

Yes. With Seller Direct ® , you can get your property listed on the MLS ® System and REALTOR.ca without hiring a traditional listing agent on a percentage commission model. You stay in control of pricing, showings, and offers, and you decide whether you want to offer any buyer-agent commission.

Do I have to offer a buyer-agent commission?
